Kami’s Favorite Foods…
As we all know Kami HATES Flan. However, she said that if we all pre-order Caster Chronicles #3… she’ll eat it and let us video it. (I screen capped the formspring for proof). Now… how do I track preorders?? :)
My Review of Everything Creative reviews Beautiful Darkness….
A hauntingly beautiful love story. Heartbreaking, laughter invoking, rollercoaster of emotions. The story is told amazingly. I was hesitant at first, thinking it would be the horribly depressing second book that would have me eat a whole tub of Ben & Jerry’s but this book was different and it only made me feel like crying like a baby. It was serious when it had to be and funny when it wanted. Perfect weekend read!

I really loved this book. Sometimes it can be hard to relate to male characters but I didn’t have that problem with Ethan. He was so…… well he was just the boy you always wish you could fall in love with. I really liked how his relationship with Lena developed over time it made them seem like average teens (although they were anything but). Lena herself was great, it was great how the authors made someone so powerful into a normal teenager girl, with the same insecurities as everyone else.
Yes. I can’t believe I’m saying this… But I don’t know how to verify pre-orders.
I read a lot of books before they come out, but here are some I’m excited about (I haven’t read all of them): City of Fallen Angels, The Dark & Hollow Places, Graveminder, Red Glove, The Demon’s Surrender, The Near Witch, Divergent, From Bad to Cursed, Defiant, White Crow & the Enthralled Anthology.
My laptop, my comfy chair where I write, silence so I can hear my characters in my head as I write, Black Sabbath or Soundgarden before I start & my dog Spike, named after my favorite character in Buffy.
12 years. We met when her oldest daughter was in my third grade class
We will continue to share Amma’s recipes. She is really a combination of Margie’s grandma & my great-grandma, with my crazy superstitions thrown in for good measure.
We really aren’t involved in those aspects, but we hope so.
We will do another contest soon. There is a contest for our books on Goodreads until the end of the month.
Here is my latest obsession and it reminds me of Link and Ridley. Cold War Kids song Louder Than Ever.
