Hey!
Hey!! I'm the newest edition to the Caster Girls, and yes people, I am the youngest. I' m hoping to bring my own personality (example: my funniness: if that's even a word). Oh, yeah, and thirteen is oddly my lucky number.

I have been waiting for you. I have been relying on Caster Girl 13 for insight into my twelve-year-old granddaughter. I grew up with five brothers, a husband, two sons, and a grandson before she entered my life. As you can imagine, I have little experience with young women!!
She is also a very girly-girl jock… plays all sports, but softball is her game. She has a mean arm on her and, until I put a stop to it, they called her the “ball crusher.” As a Nana, I didn’t think that was very ladylike. But, secretly, I was delighted she could hit like that! To prepare for this, she played on a boy’s baseball team, and until you saw the ponytail flying from the hole in the batter’s helmet, you couldn’t tell she was the only girl on the team.
So Caster Girl 12, I will be looking forward to your own brand of 12-year-old personality, funniness (of course it is a word, your word), and insight into the world of tween for me.
